My Service in Student Government:

-In my services in Student Government, I have been able to effectively re-direct the focus of many of my peers to what really matters- the students we represent. My biggest project in SG was writing the rules, regulations, dates, etc. on our brand new online ticket distribution system.
 
Volunteer Services:
 
Service NC State Community Service Program (2003, 2004)
-Each year, students come together for a day of service to the community
Service Raleigh Community Service Program - Campus Committee (2004, 2005)
-Each year, students come together for a day of service to the community. I have served on the Campus Committee which helps publicize the event.
Martin Luther King Service Challenge (2004)
-Each year, students come together for a day of service to the community, and learn about diversity issues.
Service on Wave of Relief (Spring 2005)
-I helped with many of the activities involved with this project
Service on Compassion and Action (Fall 2005 – Fall 2006)
-I helped with many of the activities involved with this project
Service Day to Beatify our Campus (Fall 2005)
-I participated in a day of flower planting with Alpha Pi Mu.
Co-Coordinator of 2006 Sigma Chi Derby Days
-I was one of two coordinators of this week of events including a dance competition, a bowling competition, a karaoke competition, a banner competition, over 400 T-Shirt sales, various field events, and a concluding bash with a Dave Matthews cover band. The events raised approximately $5000 for the Frankie Lemmon School for the Mentally Handicapped.

-In IFC, I have helped every chapter in IFC that did not have a chapter judicial board establish one, re-written the IFC Constitution and Judicial Board By-Laws, and am establishing the credibility of our IFC Judicial Board in hopes of making IFC a self-governing body by Fall, 2007.
